Investment Banking Intern

SEAbridge is a leading technology focused investment banking boutique based in Singapore. We take our internships very seriously, and offer a hands-on intensive on the job experience to exceptional candidates who are keen to learn, take on responsibility and add value. Interns can expect to learn in depth about technology, investment banking, VC/PE and actively participate in deal execution.

During the period of internship, the candidate will develop strong analytical and financial skills to conduct research, produce marketing materials, develop financial models and communicate effectively with clients under the supervision of senior members of the team.

Want to be part of our team? We are looking for someone with:

Bachelor’s degree candidate in Economics, Business, Finance or a relevant field from an accredited university
Relevant past experience in financial advisory, private equity or investment banking positions
Past experience in a start-up environment is a plus
Prior experience and knowledge of an M&A / fundraising process
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research skills and the ability to work in a team and/or independently
The ability to interact with a network of potential clients and referral sources
Initiative – We need a self-starter who is able to work independently with drive and motivation
Positive personality – A sense of humour is appreciated here
Entrepreneurial and the desire to succeed
Highest standards of personal conduct, professional performance and business ethics
Available for 5 months
